Our team of professionals is ideally placed to successfully support corporate transactions. EY SaT is growing and is looking for a Manager IT Due Diligence. The Transaction Diligence team aims to assist clients, both private equity firms and corporate clients, throughout the whole transaction process. Whilst traditional IT due diligence is a key element of the service, transaction support is much broader, incorporating assistance with business plan assessment, including support to the transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration. **Your key responsibilities** Your tasks and responsibilities will include: - Work on client engagement teams executing Operational Transaction Services which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions. - Asses the client's state of readiness with respect to people, resources, planning, data collection and strategy, while identifying high-risk areas, unidentified issues, and areas for overall improvement. - Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, problem-solving, and facilitation. - Assist with the execution of the integration/divestiture plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration/divestiture issues. - Be responsible for creating work products that document the engagement procedures performed against objectives. - Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. - Effectively participate on teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. - Supervise, coach, and mentor team members at the staff level. **Skills and attributes for success** - Highly numerate with strong attention to detail - Logical and methodical approach **To qualify for the role, you must have** - A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field and at least 3-4 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 1 year of related work experience. - Experience in IT projects related to Transactions (M&A;: mergers and acquisitions, carve-out, spin-off, divestitures) or in IT projects related to business transformation. - Experience in leading consulting project teams with 1 - 2 resources - Functional experience in Business processes such as: - Procurement to pay - Record to report - Order to cash - Plan to make - Hire to retire - Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP, or CISA (highly desired) - Willingness and ability to travel (up to 75%) **About EY** As a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, we hire and develop the most passionate people in their field to help build a better working world.
