Impact on our ecosystem: We seek a curious, analytical person eager to learn to join our Growth team as a Growth Merchandising Analyst. You will support tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of placements within the app. You will work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support decision-making through data, create dashboards, and discover insights to improve user experience and contribute to business growth. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in data analysis with an interest in developing in a dynamic, high-impact environment. As part of Rappi, your responsibilities will include: Main responsibilities: - Support performance analysis of placements and help identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI. - Extract and clean data using SQL for ad hoc analysis and daily monitoring. - Measure and track key KPIs such as CTR, CTO, clicks, and conversions. - Assist in structuring, monitoring, and reporting A/B tests. - Contribute to user segmentation to support more effective content strategies. - Collaborate with Trade, Product, and Growth teams to provide data-driven recommendations. - Assist in planning seasonal campaigns and creating audience-specific content lists. - Monitor daily performance and alert the team to drops or significant changes in indicators. What you'll learn: - How to analyze user behavior and conversion funnels in a mass consumption app. - How to turn data into business decisions. - How to collaborate across different areas (Product, Trade, Growth, Marketing). - How to build impactful dashboards that influence business strategy.
