We are dedicated to addressing and solving the most important unmet medical needs of our time, including oncology, hematology, immunology, neuroscience, infectious disease and cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and have ownership of rapid review submissions to national and local health technology assessment, such as IETS with oversight from the Market Access Manager responsible for the brand. - Support with the development and implementation of the access strategy/ function to achieve rapid and sustained patient and market access for our medicines - Assist with the development and delivery of high-quality HTA submissions. - Provide support to adapt models and studies which meet evidence gaps to create positive and compelling commercial opportunities. - Review, critique and adapt global/LATAM economic models (budget impact & cost-effectiveness models), value dossiers, systematic literature reviews and business needs. - Source Colombia, Peru and Ecuador (LAN) specific epidemiology, resource use and cost data through literature searches and questionnaires to adapt the CEMs & BIMs to the LAN setting. - Actively engage with healthcare professionals to develop a deep therapy area understanding and awareness of unmet patient needs to deliver submissions that reflect the clinical setting in Colombia, Peru and Ecuador (LAN). - Collaborate with medical and commercial functions within the brand team and provide input from a HEMAR perspective to support brand objectives and to promote the free flow of information and ideas. - Project manage delivery of own work streams ensuring high quality projects are delivered on time. - Support Manager to shape a market access environment aligned to the principles of value-based healthcare through stakeholder engagement and to ensure the value of innovative medicines is recognised. - Support the SISMED report from Janssen. **Qualifications **Qualifications**: **Education**: - Bachelor's degree in actuarial, economics or health related areas. - Master's or Diploma in Pharmacoeconomics or similar - HTA training (preferred) **Experience and Skills**: 2 years of experience in Health economics and Market access **Required**: - Technical experience with health economics tools (BIM & CEM) - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - An ability to work well cross-functionally and on own initiative is critical. - A track record of successfully meeting goals and timelines alongside a positive and resilient approach to challenges is a must. **Desired**: - Advanced knowledge in data Analysis (Excel, Stata, R) is a plus **Primary Location** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organization** Janssen Cilag S.A.
