The right person thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile start-up environment and will enjoy the freedom to explore and develop product experiences that change the way we communicate. **Your Background**: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a top design school - 4+ years of product design experience - Mastery of UX/UI principles and shipping product - 2+ years of UX writing experience - iOS, Android, Web platforms, extensions, and integration experience - Critical thinker and deep collaborator to solve complex problems - Strong communication skills Additional Nice to Haves: - FE experience, for a close partnership with the engineering and platform team - Collaborate with marketing and product team to ensure a consistent tone of voice/look and feel throughout the product and marketing efforts - Ideas to improve our design processes, prototyping new approaches to the work **Salary Range**:$150k - $200k **Benefits**:PTO, Healthcare, and more!
