Cybersecurity Expert The Cybersecurity Team in Canada is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to contribute to the overall success of the Onboarding and Delivery Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. In this role, you will: - Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Work collaboratively within a team of security professionals and across the organization in matters of security, logging, and custody of security events and troubleshooting. - Respond to incidents; resolve, triage, or escalate as appropriate to meet and exceed SLA metrics. - Support and maintain key production systems, ensuring 7/24 availability. - Document and keeping comprehensive records of log sources, configurations, analysis procedures, troubleshooting and incident reports. - Provide input to management reporting including executive summaries, condition status reporting, statistics, and action item tracking.
