Job summary The Client Services Representative 2 is responsible for collecting patient information and initiating the patient life cycle, including scheduling patients for diagnostics sleep studies, CPAP set- ups, telehealth visits, follow-up appointments, home visits, and other procedures as necessary. Responsibilities - Initiates calls to patients and schedules routine appointments for equipment set ups, home visits, follow up appointments and other procedures as needed. - Informs patients on what to expect during their appointments and provides basic education on company services. - Receive and respond to consumer calls or chats guiding the consumer through web-based software to therapeutic outcomes. - Participate in managing ACE group voicemail and delivers messages to appropriate party in a timely fashion. Qualifications - At least 6 months of relevant work experience. - High School Diploma. - B2 level of English. - Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
