About The Role We seek a Senior HardwareEngineer to join our team and lead the development of embeddedhardware solutions for wearables and IoT devices. This role willfocus on PCB design, RF performance optimization, and powerefficiency, ensuring our products meet industry standards andcertification requirements. You will work closely with firmware,product, and software development teams to drive innovation anddeliver high-quality hardware solutions. Responsibilities - Designand develop multi-layer (4+) PCB layouts for wearable and IoTembedded systems, ensuring high-speed signal integrity and powerdistribution. - Develop and optimize RF board designs, ensuringcompliance with FCC, CE, and other regulatory certifications. -Troubleshoot and enhance hardware performance, including signalintegrity, EMI mitigation, and power management. - Collaborate withfirmware engineers to validate hardware functionality and improvesystem-level performance. - Work with vendors and manufacturers toensure successful production, quality control, and scalability ofhardware components. Must-Have - 5+ years of experience in PCBdesign (4+ layers) with a deep understanding of high-speed signalintegrity & power distribution. - Proven experience in RF boarddesign for wearables, IoT, or low-power embedded systems. -Hands-on experience developing products that have successfullypassed FCC/CE certifications. Nice To Have - Experience using Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) to tune antennas. - Ability towrite firmware for testing RF components and sensors. - Knowledgeof wireless communication protocols: WiFi, Bluetooth, Cellular,UWB, GNSS. - Experience in RTOS-based embedded systems andpower-optimized firmware development. - Familiarity with BLE &WiFi; at the firmware level. - Experience with Python for dataanalysis & motion-based algorithms in testing/validation. -Ability to perform minor modifications on PCBs with small SMDcomponents (0402, 0.5mm pitch or smaller).
