Main Activities The PMO Lead supervises the implementation of processes and ensures that the related information reaches the sponsors and vice versa. Deep involvement in improving the consistency and efficiency of project delivery capacity. Lead the practices with a focus on customer satisfaction and expectations. Manage operations by supervising the interface of projects in collaboration with Project Managers, equipment, technologies, and interfaces. What Are We Looking For Extensive knowledge in program management, projects, portfolios, and methodologies for systems development. Ability to lead geographically distributed teams. Ability to develop and deploy initiatives through influence. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Experience in developing and delivering presentations, trainings, and demonstrations. 10-15 years of experience in IT and related industries. 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager. 3-5 years of leadership experience.
