Job Summary: Reviews and monitors the development and implementation of detailed IT solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions, or proprietary tools/techniques. Responsible for identifying and defining client needs/requirements, developing a proposal (a Statement of Work), and overseeing the implementation of projects, Professional Services Engagements, or Premium Customer Support Agreements from start to finish, ensuring a successful client experience. Performs in both a people management role and a technical leadership capacity. Performance is typically measured by Productive Utilization (billable hours), revenue and expense budgets, and specific service metrics for project delivery (on time, on budget, customer satisfaction). Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation. Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with Program and Project Management to address client issues and problems with projects, contracts, or other business-related items in a timely manner. - Lead services team personnel in accordance with organizational and company goals and objectives. - Engage, develop, and manage talent to maximize team efficiency and support individual growth and development. Provide regular feedback, conduct development plans, performance appraisals, and mentoring. - Support the sales team in developing estimates, solution scope, and Statements of Work (SOW). Administer and deliver professional services and PCS contracts, reviewing and approving bids prior to release by sales. - Work with Program Managers to drive customer implementations, upgrades, product customizations, project management, and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resource efficiency. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and ACI best practices for delivering professional services and support, including adherence to project methodologies. - Partner with cross-organizational functions to align implementation services operations with company objectives and customer needs. - Manage client relationships and act as a senior escalation contact to maximize project profitability while balancing company and customer needs. - Escalate and resolve installation issues promptly. - Increase client understanding of ACI solutions to meet payment processing needs, involving subject matter experts as needed. - Oversee project and administrative time management, reporting, and contract adherence, ensuring high project utilization. - Manage and approve Statements of Work for service delivery. - Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams for project success. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: - Payment Industry experience required. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - 4+ years in software implementation or customer support environment, with management experience. - Experience managing revenue and expense budgets. - Working knowledge of SalesForce, Clarity, and Oracle.
