Site Operations Director The role entails overseeing site support, encompassing operational and maintenance activities. This includes System Administrator duties to maintain authority to operate, operational availability, and equipment standards. - Operational Responsibilities: Manage site operations, including System Administration, to ensure sustained operational availability and equipment standards. - Travel Requirements: Frequent travel may be necessary for site visits and other operational purposes. Required Qualifications - A valid DoD Secret security clearance is mandatory. - Citizenship in the United States is required. - IAT Level II certification is necessary. - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desired. - A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement. - No less than eight years of experience in cybersecurity, operating, maintaining, and managing network and satellite communication systems is necessary. - Proficiency in various technologies, including computers and tools pertinent to the position, is required. Desired Qualifications - Experience with Smartsheet software is beneficial. Working Conditions This role requires working in an office environment with occasional on-site visits. The employee must be able to work comfortably at a desk, looking at a computer screen for extended periods.
