Job Details Set up and manage the local pharmacovigilance system,including: 1. Local Literature Search 2. Local ICSR Management 3. PV Intelligence Screening 4. Local PSMF Maintenance 5. Setting uplocal Organized Data Collection 6. Local PVA Management 7. Localadaptation and submission of PSUR / RMP 8. Local signal detection9. Implementation of additional Risk Minimization Measures 10. Reviewing materials relating to local post-authorization safety 11. Participate in PV-relevant audits and inspections Qualifications -University degree in Life Science - Several years’ experience andprofound knowledge in the field of pharmacovigilance - Expertise,experience and knowledge regarding relevant legislative andnon-legislative guidelines on pharmacovigilance - Demonstrableability in leading, mentoring, managing and motivating staff (teamleads) - Ability to train and support junior/new colleagues indaily activities; ability to lead small projects with clearlydefined scope - Ability to manage internal and external (client)relationships on operational / day-to-day working level as well asclient's team lead level - Good communication skills (written andverbally); capability to communicate issues and propose appropriatesolutions to decision makers.
