Job Overview - A Digital Transformation Specialist is responsible for implementing and configuring software solutions at customer sites and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and technical quality control. Responsibilities: 1. Install and configure NICE software solutions according to defined methodology, processes, and system requirements. 2. Resolve technical issues related to application implementation and provide support for trouble shooting of product functionality. 3. Integrate NICE software solutions with customers' information technologies, including LDAP, SSO, ACD vendors, and HR platforms. 4. Perform acceptance tests to ensure proper implementation of the technical architecture. 5. Provide technical support and quality control throughout project stages. 6.
