The ideal candidate will be the sole owner of the Salesforce infrastructure, responsible for end-to-end project management, QA, scoping, and discovery. They will also ensure effective cross-functional communication to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions, and must be fluent in English. Responsibilities: Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, and other essential objects and functions within the system to support accurate data visualization and user accessibility. Develop new reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs, while also responding promptly to ad hoc reporting requests as needed. Design, implement, and manage user roles, profiles, and hierarchies to ensure clear permissions and maintain user access control. Safeguard system security and integrity by continuously monitoring and updating security protocols and practices. Implement system changes and updates with minimal disruption to users, maintaining smooth operations and system reliability. Maintain, enhance, and create flows, functions, and configurations within the environment to support efficient workflows and optimize system performance. Communicate system changes to users in advance, ensuring they understand the updates and how to navigate new features before implementation. Provide responsive and reliable support to end-users and key stakeholders, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Monitor application storage usage, archiving data when necessary to manage capacity and maintain optimal system performance. Continuously seek and proactively suggest ways to further enhance the end-user experience, prioritizing user satisfaction and system usability. Actively monitor Salesforce for potential outages, responding promptly to maintain uninterrupted access and functionality. Stay informed on Salesforce's major releases, leveraging new features and improvements to benefit the organization. Embrace change management practices, recognizing their importance and consistently applying them to support structured, effective updates. Demonstrate expertise within your role by using sound judgment in determining appropriate actions to get to a solution. Apply knowledge within your role to complete projects and tasks promptly with little direction from your manager. Collaborate effectively with others to complete projects and solve problems. Work with others to develop and propose solutions to problems for management. Build cross-functional relationships with peers on other teams and build foundational knowledge of other functions within the organization. Provide guidance and organizational knowledge to junior members of the team. Serve as the sole owner of the Salesforce infrastructure, accountable for end-to-end project management, QA, scoping, and discovery, and effective cross-functional communication to ensure scalable, business-aligned solutions. Qualifications: +3 years of experience in Salesforce. Must be based in Colombia or Argentina SFDC Certified Administrator SFDC Certified Advanced Administrator QA proficiency Time Zone: EST Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hybrid: Buenos Aires & Medellín Remote: Rest of Argentina & Colombia
