About the job CHC Business Analysis & Controlling team perform transactional finance operations of manufacturing sites and global network. Our performance drives COGs down protecting CHC competitiveness against peers. Join a dynamic team in a context of business transformation. The job corresponds to a BA&C; position, created in the frame of the new M&S; BA&C; Latam structure. The position will directly report to the Head of BA&C; M&S; Latam. Key responsibilities include: Main responsibilities: Participate in Monthly closing activities - Responsible for monthly closing activities and analysis related to COGS Industrial Variances - In charge of annual Standard Costs Calculations (including new materials during the month) - Ensure production and financial systems are aligned (Idoc monitoring) - Ensure data quality and consistency in line with standard procedures Be a Business Partner for manufacturing site controller - Participate in the rolling forecast process acting as a partner with manufacturing site controller - Identifying Risk and Opportunities to present to manufacturing site controller - Attend internal and external audit related to BA&C; activities Participate in budget & forecast - Participate and ensuring assumptions alignment related of budget and forecast activities between BA&C; and Manufacturing sites - Perform Industrial reportings, ensuring deadlines are met respecting Sanofi guidelines (Actual, Rolling Forecast, Budget & Forecast exercises) Perform other finance tasks - Strive for simplification impacting BA&C; activities / routine - Partner with manufacturing site controller to provide opportunities for improvements - Coordinate ah-hoc analysis / reporting processes and ensure data is submitted on time and accurately About you Experience: Previous experience in Finance, within Manufacturing and Supply is a plus. Analytical mind Proactive Business-oriented Demonstrated communication skills Looking for continuous improvements Ability to multi-task and to organize Manage and prioritize deadlines Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial tools such as TM1 and SAP. Education: Bachelor´s degree in finance or business administration. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a plus. Why choose us?
