**Overview** **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor, prioritize, and organize attorney inboxes - Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and appointments - Format, proofread, and structure legal documents - File and maintain records in **SharePoint/OneDrive**: - Draft and revise business contracts (NDAs, service agreements, IC agreements, etc.) - Update client files and case notes in **case management software**: - Contribute to blogs, newsletters, and social media posts tailored to legal audiences - Track key dates for contracts and legal deadlines - Support due diligence in corporate transactions - Summarize legal/financial documentation for attorney review **Required Qualifications** - **Minimum 2 years’ experience** as a paralegal, **including remote work with U.S. law firms**: - Expertise in **business or corporate law**: - Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities - Proficient in: - Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) - Legal software (e.g., Clio, CaseFox, MyCase) - Time-tracking tools (Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Toggl Track) - Strong writing, proofreading, and document management skills - Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism **Preferred (Not Required)** - Experience in **project finance or renewable energy law**: - Familiarity with **Westlaw, LexisNexis**, or other legal research platforms **Work Environment** - **Fully remote**: - Must overlap with U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific time zones) - SOPs, onboarding tools, and time-tracking software provided If you're a **self-starter** with remote legal experience and thrive in business law, we’d love to hear from you.
