Job Description We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with expertise in SBC platforms to contribute to the success of our team. - Deep knowledge of Oracle ACME and Ribbon SBC platforms, including Session Border Controller (SBC), Session Delivery Manager (SDM) and Enterprise Operations Manager (EOM). - Advanced technical skills in deploying, configuring, upgrading and operating Oracle ACME and Ribbon SBC Suit. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and configure SBC products from Oracle ACME and Ribbon. - Perform day-to-day operational tasks related to SBC products. - Troubleshoot integration issues between SBC and other SIP Stacks like Cisco CVP, Call Manager and Phones. Requirements - Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP). - Experience in troubleshooting SIP Trunk issues between SBC and ITSP. - Working knowledge of security policies and NAT/firewall traversal. - Hands-on experience with CLI and GUI management of SBC platforms.
