About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in hiring for Finance, Legal, and/or HR functions within a corporate environment. This role is crucial in attracting top-tier talent across various global locations, from transactional to strategic leadership roles. You will partner closely with department heads, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to build high-performing teams that elevate our business. What Will You Be Doing: Own end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Legal, and/or HR roles, from requisition to onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs. Develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates through various channels. Screen and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. Manage candidate experience with timely communication and seamless processes. Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to develop offers and close candidates. Ensure accurate recruitment data and analytics reporting. Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements. Partner with agencies and search firms as needed. Represent the company to potential candidates and third parties. Partner with hiring managers during the interview process. Regularly discuss hiring needs and candidate status with managers. Stay informed on industry trends and provide competitive insights. What Makes You a Strong Candidate: 5+ years of recruiting experience, including agency work. Experience recruiting for finance, legal, and/or HR roles, especially in regulated industries. Experience with international relocation is a plus. Knowledge of relevant job families, terminology, and credentials. Experience recruiting across borders and in new countries. Excellent sourcing skills using modern tools and niche platforms. Experience measuring quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction, candidate experience, and time-to-fill. Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels. Professional-level English; additional languages are a plus. Experience with ATS systems like Jobvite is advantageous.
