This is an exciting opportunity to lead architectural design, set technical standards, and mentor a talented engineering team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor the development team. Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and React . Establish and maintain code quality standards utilizing Qodana and SonarQube . Ensure system maintainability and observability through effective design practices. Technical Requirements: Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles: SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI, SRP Design patterns ( Adapters, Builders, Factories, Proxies ) Advanced error handling and observability practices Advanced TypeScript experience, including: Generics and conditional types Type inference and helpers Advanced typing patterns Solid experience in: React and modern frontend architectures Software design patterns and API development Library development and testable code design Proven experience designing scalable and maintainable architectures . Strong background in technical leadership and team mentorship. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Advanced English proficiency (C1+) is a plus.
