Job Description As a team member, you will act as the liaison between cloud architects, regional and local IT teams, and business stakeholders. Your role will involve helping application teams modernize their applications for cloud deployment and authentication. How can you help us? The main objectives are: Design and implement cloud-based solutions on Azure and/or AKS Manage and optimize multiple Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, Rancher) Implement and maintain Terraform-based release solutions Collaborate, consult, train, and support IT teams to implement new standards Assist IT teams in handling major incidents Examples of tasks include: Contact regional IT teams, gather requirements, and implement SOPs Deploy application landing zones in Azure or AWS environments using Terraform and Azure DevOps frameworks Apply ITIL and DevOps approaches to troubleshoot technical issues Work with application teams to meet cloud requirements Serve as an escalation point for support and troubleshooting Provide comprehensive documentation for smooth operations Collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, application, and security teams Identify opportunities for automation and innovation through Terraform code What can we do for you?
