We are seeking a Manager-level Data Engineer to lead a high-impact project for a global hotel brand. Qualifications - 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership or managerial role - Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Snowflake - Experience building and maintaining cloud-based data solutions (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also considered) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in client-facing contexts - Proven ability to lead and inspire a technical team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Responsibilities - Lead and manage the design, development, and deployment of scalable data pipelines and architectures using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and cloud technologies. - Design and implement solutions leveraging agent frameworks, GenAI, and chatbots for intelligent automation and user interaction. - Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth cloud deployment of data and AI-driven applications. - Act as the primary technical contact for the client, proactively managing communications, timelines, and expectations. - Mentor and support junior data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. - Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle. - Contribute to architectural decisions and set standards for coding, testing, and deployment practices. - Translate high-level business challenges into actionable data solutions.
