We want you on our team️️ We are seeking a Customer Service Analyst who must have at least one year of experience in support and customer service roles via phone, virtual, or in-person. You must be a customer service-oriented person with excellent communication skills and be responsible. If you have call center experience, it's a plus for us. What are the working conditions and benefits? Indefinite-term contract. Salary of $1,423,500. Transportation assistance. You will have paid initial training related to the role. Financial support for training and certifications on topics related to the role Possibility of certification in Microsoft courses Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 to 6 and Saturdays half day (42 hours per week) If you have a motorcycle, we will support you with rolling assistance in addition to your salary. What will your purpose be? End-user support and attention for the tool they develop and market, both online, by phone, and in person. Customer training on platform management and updates What requirements must you meet? Minimum 1 year of experience in a support role Bachelor Focus on customer service Must reside in Medellín or surrounding areas
