Drive strategic sales growth to multinational organizations in LATAM, focusing on Human Capital and Risk Capital opportunities. Proactively identify, generate, and convert new business prospects, managing sales initiatives and supporting the company's strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for achieving sales budgets for new business in sub-regions - Connect and network with Aon regions to facilitate new business into Latin America through the AAU strategy - Create, manage, and develop the sales pipeline, consolidating common business opportunities between countries - Develop the full sales cycle from prospecting to client onboarding - Lead and support new client implementation in partnership with peers from the client-facing team Requirements: - University degree level education - Advanced English language communication skills - Broad knowledge of insurance-related technical aspects - Experience in working in Consulting firms, brokers, or insurance companies - Deep understanding of client management challenges and solutions - Knowledge about finance and P&L; management - Knowledge about health & benefits environment - Experience working with foreigners and different cultures across the globe (APAC)
