También gestionarás la liberación de productos en el sistema SAP, brindarás soporte técnico a las plantas para mejorar la inocuidad de los procesos, y participarás activamente en auditorías, validación de métodos y programas de aseguramiento de calidad. Tu rol será clave para garantizar la confiabilidad de los resultados y contribuir al posicionamiento de la empresa como proveedor preferido.Responsabilidades clave:Realizar análisis microbiológicos de productos terminados, materias primas y muestras especiales, asegurando el cumplimiento de la norma ISO/IEC 17025:2017.Registrar resultados en el sistema ERP SAP y liberar productos de forma oportuna.Brindar soporte técnico a las plantas para mejorar la calidad microbiológica e inocuidad de los procesos.Participar en auditorías, validación de métodos, programas de control de calidad y ensayos de aptitud.Gestionar insumos, informes microbiológicos y coordinación con laboratorios externos.Apoyar programas como BPM, HACCP, FSSC 22000 y seguridad industrial.Contribuir a la mejora continua del laboratorio y al cumplimiento de los objetivos del SG-SST.Requisitos ClavesFormación académica:Título en Bacteriología o Microbiología.Experiencia:Mínimo 1 año en análisis microbiológicos en laboratorios de calidad.Conocimientos técnicos:Normas ISO/IEC 17025:2017, FSSC 22000, HACCP, BPM.Métodos AOAC, USP y técnicas internas de análisis microbiológico.Validación y verificación de métodos de análisis (deseable).Sistemas de gestión de calidad y metrología básica.Herramientas:Manejo de SAP (módulo QM), Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI (deseable).Idiomas:Inglés técnico.Perfil del candidato idealBuscamos a una persona organizada, proactiva y comprometida, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
