Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage our client service team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or equivalent. Responsibilities: - Coordinate the Customer Service Team - Provide Direct Customer Support - Review and Resolve Escalations - Evaluate Team Members - Support Process Improvement - Train New Hires Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent written English and French is required for this role - Ambitious customer support and phone support experience is preferred - Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency on G-Suite/MS-Office - Sales or E-commerce experience and understanding of sales metrics and drivers - Great eye for detecting team risk before it becomes an issue - Track record of building positive relationships with employees and partners - Strong work ethic and talent for bringing out the best in others - Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others Education and Experience: Senior college student or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or relevant fields.
