With experience in both harsh-environment regions and complex drilling situations, you can trust Parker Wellbore to get the job done. **Job Description**: The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for developing, managing, implementing and administering employee relations, human resource policies, programs and practices in accordance with the ethical practices of the Company; and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental, regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.** Essential functions** - Prepare new hire packets and administer new hire orientations for corporate employees. - Administer the temporary assignments process. - Conduct verbal verification of employment on potential new hires. - Place orders for flowers for corporate employees, dependents or immediate family members (hospitalization or funerals). - Promote a positive work environment by identifying potential issues and resolving, administering the Company service award program, planning employee relations activities, etc. - Prepare the annual EEO-1 Report. - Update and maintain the organizational charts for the corporate office. - Review the weekly PA100 for accuracy. - Prepare and distribute requested HR reports to include, but not limited to, the monthly Turnover Analysis Reports, GOM Rig Turnover Analysis Reports and World-Wide Employee Headcount Reports and the monthly Termination Report for Executives. - Administer and assist employees with the Company’s relocation program. - Annually report all relocation expenses to the Payroll department. - Administer the corporate apartment program. - Assist with the development and review of Human Resources policies; develops, publishes and administers Human Resources procedures to ensure adherence to the policies. - With direction from the Sr. HR Manager, will lead all HR efforts to ensure that employment related information, processes and procedures meet internal and external audit requirements. - Responsible for directing the maintenance of personnel records in HRIS and hard copy while assuring HIPPA protocol. - Responsible for establishing credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees to provide problem solving and coaching expertise. - Support all Human Resources policies and objectives for the Company that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and that comply with policies, procedures, programs and laws. - Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. - Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Abide by Company policies and procedures. - Other duties and special projects as assigned. - Ensure that personal behaviors and work practices are in line with Company safety standards. - Responsible for safety of self and others in the vicinity to include, but not limited to, employees, vendors and guests. - Provide visible leadership engagement, be aware of housekeeping and take additional safety precautions to ensure no one is put at risk. - Do not take short cuts or unnecessary risks and actively work with others to ensure they take due care and do not put themselves or others at risk. - Ensure all incidents are reported and appropriately investigated in accordance with Company procedure. - As needed, seek advice from HSE representative. **Additional functions** - Proporcionar liderazgo de recursos humanos estratégico y operativo día a día para el equipo directivo de Colombia.Trabajar de la mano y de manera estratégica la agenda de recursos humanos con los planes comerciales para impulsar los resultados-Asociarse con las Gerencias locales y Regionales en el desarrollo y la ejecución de iniciativas de reclutamiento y dotación de personal para crear una fuente de talento para cumplir con el crecimiento proyectado-Impulsar la excelencia operativa de recursos humanos al facilitar el logro de los objetivos de desempeño de la región y de Colombia a través de relaciones positivas con los empleados-Asesorar al liderazgo empresarial con apoyo de relaciones laborales en la resolución adecuada de los problemas de relaciones con los empleados.Asociarse con el liderazgo en
