Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Overview: We specialize in commercial insurance, specifically focusing on workers' compensation insurance for companies with claims issues. We are looking for a candidate who can make calls, set appointments, and build rapport with prospects so that our team can step in and move the candidate through the sales process. No commission structure yet, they may have it after a couple months. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to build rapport with prospects and set appointments. Gather relevant information to assist in the sales process. Engage with prospects and decision-makers in specific industries, addressing their concerns and explaining how the company can solve their problems. Actively listen to clients to understand their pain points and recommend tailored solutions. Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude to build trust and strong relationships with clients. Meet daily call targets (60 calls per day) and aim to set 7 - 10 appointments per week. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals and contribute to overall success. Be adaptable to new processes and feedback to improve performance. Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and engage with clients. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to care for client needs. Ability to build relationships and demonstrate a human, personable approach. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in outbound calling or a similar role. Proven ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy. High proficiency in English with clear pronunciation; no thick accents. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
