As a **Sales Representative, **you will be responsible for generating revenue growth year over year by achieving sales goals. As well as meet requirements for client service excellence. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Generate monthly new client revenue (fees) while maintaining the volume brought in from previous months. - Generate a full pipeline and convert prospects/leads into factoring opportunities. - Follow up with prospects and existing clients to develop new business. - Manage a Factoring client portfolio that will support the continued growth of the company. - Work in conjunction with the team, to achieve and improve upon targets and objectives. - Focus on and care about our internal and external customers. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration Foreign Languages, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered. - **Experience**: At least six months of experience working in phone sales/telemarketing and/or customer service to the US market. Having experience in the Logistics industry is a plus. Ability and desire to develop new business, gain trust and maintain customer relationships. - **Technical skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software are required to effectively manage client relationships and data. - **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required. **Perks**: - **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. (March to November) // 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (November to March), following the American Calendar. - **Contract**: Indefinite term contract. - **Places**: Only for Bogotá or Cali.
