Role Overview As a Virtual Assistant/Chatter, you will be responsible for driving private sales, managing the account content, answering comments, and engaging with fans via direct messages. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to maintain a positive and profitable fan experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Initiate and manage private sales through direct messages with fans to maximize earnings for the creator. 2. Upload, organize, and manage content to ensure high-quality and engaging visuals are consistently delivered. 3. Respond to comments on posts and engage with fans in a professional, friendly, and personalized manner. 4. Answer and manage fan inquiries, providing an engaging experience to build loyalty and retain subscribers. 5. Work with visual content, ensuring brand consistency and a premium look. 6. Collaborate with the talent management team to implement strategies that align with the creator’s branding and revenue goals. 7. Track interactions and sales conversions to report progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications and Skills 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 2. High level of organization and attention to detail. 3. Experience or familiarity with content management and social media visuals. 4. Strong familiarity with social media platforms and tools. 5. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup. 6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive content and client information. 7.
