We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in a remote capacity. Based in Colombia, this role offers the opportunity to work with a global client base while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners - Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies - Maintain accurate records of all business development activities using CRM software - Represent the company at industry events and conferences (virtual or in-person) - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics **Qualifications** - ** Proven track record**of success in business development or sales roles - Experience working in **remote environments** with demonstrated ability to self-motivate - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships virtually - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities - Strategic thinking and planning capabilities - Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools - Advanced presentation and public speaking skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - In-depth knowledge of target markets and industries - Understanding of modern sales processes and methodologies - Fluency in **English and Spanish**; additional languages are a plus - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets **Additional Information** - Excellent compensation and multiple perks. - 100% remote work. - Work week from Monday to Friday. - Stability and growth opportunity - And more
