For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our **Bogotá, Colombia**,** **office. **Keep reading if you**- Have a sense of humor - we do a lot of laughing here- Want to be part of a constantly growing company with a bright future- Be comfortable navigating software solutions and articulating the features and benefits to various audiences- Have strong attention to detail with an ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment- Have experience working within a Content Management System or in a SaaS environment- Have strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish preferred)- Be a self-starter and able to work independently- Certified Scrum Master certification or experience working in an Agile environment (preferred) **Responsibilities**- Manage assigned projects by capturing client requirements and facilitating client onboarding for on-time delivery- Build, implement, and deploy various software across multiple client sites- Assist in product launches by coordinating kick-off calls, and training sessions with both clients and internal stakeholders. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions, helping to guide product enhancements and improvements- Identify opportunities and provide recommendations by maintaining a solution-forward mindset tailored to client needs- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets client requirements and expectations before full deployment- Provide administrative support such as managing data, building reports and presentations, and handling additional assignments as needed- Maintain digital solutions by addressing incoming tickets, monitoring performance, and collaborating with Client Experience and Project Management teams- May support paid media assignments, including but not limited to, setting up campaigns across various channels, assisting with ad copywriting and creative, troubleshooting campaign and platform issues, and report building.- May support search engine optimization assignments, including but not limited to, keyword research, on-page optimization, performance tracking, and report building. **What you'll get**- Be a part of a group of diverse, energetic professionals who play as hard as they work- Plenty of room for upward or lateral career mobility- A satisfying and challenging place to be every day *** Criminal background check is required **#ControlEverything #SURFA
