Amenable to work in Waltermart Candelaria. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth. Set up gondolas and merchandise displays. Ensure proper management of the store’s daily operations. Maintain a tidy and clean store environment. Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area. Greet and serve customers. Maintain the store’s reputation by complying with legal requirements. Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities. Provide constructive guidance to the team for effective operations. Ensure a safe and clean environment to protect employees and customers. Handle daily bank-in of store sales. Stock and order items needed for store operations. Complete, update, and report sales, staffing, and other relevant data to HQ and superiors. Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
