Logistics Coordinator Position We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all related processes for the client's warehouse, including payment tracking, coordinating deliveries with different clients, scheduling loading and unloading of products, supervision of unloading operations, and carrying out inventory of the products that arrive and that are going to be delivered. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of inventory management and warehousing, with the ability to coordinate national transportation. They should also have experience in logistics, particularly in international logistics and warehouse management. Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems and Microsoft Excel program is required, with knowledge of VBA being a plus. Responsibilities - Manage all related processes for the client's warehouse. - Payment tracking. - Coordinate deliveries with different clients. - Schedule loading and unloading of products. - Supervise unloading operations. - Carry out inventory of the products that arrive and that are going to be delivered. Requirements - Professional degree in logistics or administrative areas. - At least 2 years of recent experience in logistics, particularly in international logistics and warehouse management. - Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems and Microsoft Excel program. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and statistics. - Effective English communication skills, setting English as your working language (B2+ or C1). - Proactive person and quick learner with previous experience in teamwork. - Strong problem-solving skills.
