The goal is to improve quality and meet regulatory and accreditation requirements. The HSE Engineer defines HSE Standards for all systems, ensures compliance, and promotes quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization. Job Details Position: HSE Engineer Department: QM/HSE Reporting To: QHSE Manager LATAM Location: Bogota, Colombia Area of Responsibility: Latin America Responsibilities Comply fully with PIPECARE HSE requirements. Maintain a quality-focused approach, aiming for first-time right results. Protect confidentiality, integrity, and trade secrets. Support and respect colleagues. Adapt positively to organizational and technical changes. Uphold PIPECARE's reputation. Be results-oriented and communicate potential issues timely. Follow PIPECARE process flow charts and collaborate across departments. Ensure timely and accurate reporting. Identify training needs. Key Responsibilities & Authorities Define HSE policies and strategies for top management. Set health, safety, and environmental standards. Define competencies for HSE team members. Oversee HSE performance at the corporate and site levels. Promote personnel development in HSE. Approve procedures and documentation. Design and implement HSE activities. Recommend resource budgets. Train personnel, including internal auditors. Implement HSE standards and standards across PIPECARE. Address non-conformities with the Quality Team. Monitor internal audit performance. Conduct HSE audits. Develop and execute HSE plans. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Competency Requirements Effective communication and conflict management. Clear and persuasive oral and written communication skills. High integrity and respect for diversity. Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills. Efficient administrative management. Skills and Experience Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical). At least 3 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas. Current occupational health and safety license.
