Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience recommended. Experience and solid knowledge in SCCM , Active Directory , and Cloud services . Experience with SQL and PowerShell . Strong skills in organization , planning , and multi-tasking . Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. High level of professionalism , business acumen , and interpersonal effectiveness. Responsibilities: Administer and oversee the Global SCCM platform , ensuring consistency and alignment with best practices. Identify and configure distribution methods for software deployments. Audit hardware and software inventory and manage configuration drift. Recommend and enforce policies and standards for security and compliance . Create and maintain documentation for procedures and design. Optimize and integrate applications and services across the enterprise. Provide Tier III support and deep expertise in desktop/application troubleshooting. Develop and maintain automated processes for software delivery, OS deployment, and configuration management. Generate reports on application installation , patch status , and client health . Lead Configuration Management efforts organization-wide. Collaborate with global support teams and vendors. Manage Application Lifecycle in the VDI environment. Ensure patch and application compliance across all devices. Track and report platform performance and develop custom reports for ongoing initiatives. Collaborate with other teams (EIS, Deskside Support, Field Support) to ensure proper integration and handoffs.
