We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Manager (SDM) to spearhead our client acquisition efforts and expand our presence across regions through remote and in-person channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and actively executing targeted sales strategies within the BPO industry and possess exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish. This position requires a strong aptitude for technology, strategic sales acumen, and cross-cultural communication skills to seamlessly interact with clients both in and outside the country. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Identify, qualify, and pursue leads, across diversified industries. Design and implement a scalable sales strategy and process, including tactics for outreach, client engagement, and retention. Build relationships with potential clients, develop proposals that highlight our value proposition, and engage in contract negotiations. Establish and refine sales workflows, ensuring that best practices are implemented to support continued growth. Engage effectively with clients both in country and abroad, including the United States, adapting communications to cultural and market-specific contexts.
