Responsibilities: - Build and develop a skilled QA team, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new members. - Lead the QA team in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality software testing initiatives. - Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web applications. - Guide and mentor QA team members, providing support, feedback, and technical expertise. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and high test coverage. - Identify, document, and track software defects using test management and bug tracking tools. - Drive the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). - Validate APIs and backend processes using tools like Postman. - Write and review SQL queries to validate test data and ensure data integrity. - Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and mobile compatibility testing. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, representing QA perspectives and priorities. - Coordinate with DevOps for test integration in CI/CD pipelines. - Manage post-release validation and coordinate production testing efforts. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role. Strong experience with manual and automated testing for web applications and APIs. Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation. Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage team workloads effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
