Global Finance Associate (Securitization) Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group, in its New York or Century City office. The candidates should have at least three years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance deals (including CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and esoteric assets). Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, initial purchasers and issuers and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured lending transactions. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar or California bar, as applicable. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
