We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing conversion-focused campaigns across multiple platforms. This is an execution-first role where you will own delivery: campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Build and launch display and retargeting campaigns - Create and manage audiences using geo-fencing, retargeting, lookalikes, and first-party data - Monitor campaign pacing and optimize daily for CPA, ROAS, or client-defined goals - QA every launch: UTM tracking, pixels, creative links, flight dates, placements - Pull reports weekly and call out what's working, what's underperforming, and what needs to change - Work directly with creative, account, or vendor teams to keep campaigns moving forward - Flag risks before they become problems (missed budgets, bad tracking, creative errors) Requirements: - Upper B2 spoken and written English - Resume in English, showing hands-on experience with current Google Ads / DSPs - 1-3 years experience in paid media - Strong attention to detail with spreadsheet superpowers - Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Benefits: - Work from home, paid in USD ($1500 - $1800 / month) - Optional 10% increase via a monthly stipend - Access to cutting-edge AI training and tools - Career insurance to build portfolio over time, and learn skills US employers pay more for Seniority Level - Entry level Job Function - Marketing and Sales - Industries: Staffing and Recruiting
