Now Hiring: Sales / Business Lead Representative (SMB Sales) We are looking for a Sales or Business Lead Development professional to help us to support services for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Location: Remote Compensation: Based on your salary expectations What You’ll Do: - Identify, qualify, and nurture SMB leads - Manage the sales pipeline and close deals with SMB clients - Utilize LinkedIn and other channels for lead generation and outreach - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients - Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to leadership What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of experience in SMB sales (virtual assistants, back-office support, or similar services preferred) - Strong experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and sales outreach - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and hit sales targets - Experience in staffing industry is preffered If you are driven, proactive, and ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!
