The Role We are looking for a Brand Studio Coordinator that will support the design and marketing teams with scheduling time, priorities, conducting quality control and ensuring project delivery to the wider group. Main responsibilities Overseeing design projects and managing traffic for all creative services team projects. Constant communication with marketing and Brand Studio design manager. Managing expectations from stakeholders. Ensuring each task is completed. Making sure each new task has everything needed to start (assets, references, copy decks, brief, specs). Assisting in project status, estimations, priorities, urgent project notifications, and allocation. Understanding each project to communicate stakeholder expectations to the team. Promoting kickoff calls involving designers or managers to get further information about a project. Supporting all company projects that involve the use of the brand. Required Skills Experience in a busy, high-pressure company (like a big agency). Digital project management; familiarity with tools like Wrike. Knowledge/understanding of the marketing design process (B2B knowledge is a plus). Understanding of brand coordination. Experience in quality control/consistency across design. Experience in managing large projects with brand application (e.g., branding in web portals, branding in offices). What’s in it for you?
