Senior Marketing Role This is a senior-level marketing position where you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels. You will need to have hands-on experience managing large-scale budgets, meeting ROAS and revenue KPIs independently, and utilizing data to drive decisions. Additionally, you should be able to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for all assigned Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the growth and profitability of paid media portfolio by leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. - Source and manage creative assets, including ad copy and creative materials, for campaigns and maintain an organized asset library for future use. - Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with thoughtful strategy and clear measurable objectives. - Continuously monitor campaign health, performing routine optimizations to drive higher CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS. Requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. - Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently. - Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools like Looker, Tableau, or equivalent. - Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
