We will count on you to: - Collaborate with international, regional, and local teams to drive deliverables across Latin America. - Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and visualize business processes for improvements. - Support internal projects including commercial, operational, digital, customer experience, and data initiatives, by managing meetings, actions, and risks. - Assist in drafting Business Cases for governance initiatives. - Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders at appropriate levels. - Prepare content for stewardship meetings to showcase project performance. - Manage and document activities in appropriate systems. What you need to have: - College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, or similar. - 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. - Advanced proficiency in English. - Project management and business analysis skills, with a basic understanding of insurance principles. - Ability to define, develop, and articulate project objectives and scope. - Ability to analyze financial and non-financial data. - Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and managing stakeholder expectations. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines with a positive attitude. - Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. - Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changing environments. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
