Strategio is growing rapidly and is seeking a talented Accountant with a passion for problem-solving. The Accountant will support the rapid growth from startup to scaleup. This full-time position will be reporting directly to the leadership of the organization and will handle many of the day-to-day accounting needs. **How can you help to advance our mission?** Working in the Operations and Finance Team as an international accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in managing financial records and transactions for a business that operates in three different countries (USA, Colombia and Canada). You will help ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulations and provide advice to management on financial matters. Part of your job will entail analyzing financial data and assisting in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. You may also be involved in tax planning and preparation, risk assessment, and auditing. Well developed analytical skills and knowledge of global business practices and regulations are essential for success in this role.
