We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Counsel to oversee the legal affairs of our international venture-building group and its subsidiaries worldwide. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure compliance with global regulations, and support corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: Manage all legal matters across the group and its subsidiaries worldwide Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for day-to-day business operations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including with a strong focus on HIPAA, GDPR, OIG, and AKS regulations Oversee corporate governance matters and maintain best practices across the organization Provide legal risk assessments and strategic advice to executive leadership Collaborate with external counsel as needed for specialized legal matters Requirements: Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm or a large international corporation Fluent in English with excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills Expertise in HIPAA, GDPR, OIG (Office of Inspector General), and AKS (Anti-Kickback Statute) compliance - advantage Previous experience with FDA regulations is a strong advantage Experience working with startups, venture capital firms, or similar fast-paced environments Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment Comfortable working remotely with international teams Seniority level Executive Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
