As we scale, we're seeking a Director of Recruiting to lead our high-performing recruiting team and build a world-class, data-driven talent acquisition function. Position Summary As our Director of Recruiting, you will lead and develop a global recruiting team while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation across the full recruitment lifecycle. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who is obsessed with data, process improvement, and scalability. Your focus will be on creating and managing systems that deliver consistent, high-quality results — not just filling roles, but building a repeatable engine for top-tier legal hiring. Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing recruiting team; set expectations, mentor individual contributors, and build a culture of accountability and excellence. - Establish and refine team KPIs and dashboards to monitor funnel metrics, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and source/channel effectiveness. - Design and optimize recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and enhance the overall hiring experience. - Act as a recruiting operations architect, evaluating and implementing tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, assessment systems) that boost team efficiency and quality-of-hire. - Drive strategic workforce planning in partnership with operations and client services to forecast hiring needs and deploy resources accordingly. - Run cross-functional projects focused on candidate experience, recruiter enablement, automation, and DEI initiatives. - Create and deliver data-driven reports for executive leadership that tie recruitment performance to company-level outcomes. - Champion a metrics-first culture, where decisions are based on insights, not intuition. Qualifications - 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years in a people leadership role. - Demonstrated success leading a recruiting team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and funnel analysis; fluent in using data to coach, evaluate, and improve team performance. - Experience implementing or managing ATS, CRMs, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics platforms. - Strategic thinker with a process and systems mindset — able to simplify, streamline, and scale. - Strong executive communication skills; comfortable translating recruiting data into business impact. - Preferred: Experience with legal staffing, offshore recruitment, or professional services. - Competitive executive salary based on experience - Fully remote work environment - Generous PTO and holiday policy - Monthly health & wellness stipend - High-impact role with leadership visibility Why Join Us?
