Ensures that the Quality of request is adhered to. Performs RCA of any error caused. Assists TLs in shift planning. Has responsibility for tagging requests. Acts as a single point of contact for Stakeholders / frontline sales. Conducts deadlines negotiation for bulk requests. Maintains and sends all weekly productivity, performance, and process-related reports to the stakeholders and management as per requirements. Provides back-end support to front sales. May analyze requests from customers. We are looking for : Bachelor’s degree preferably in International Trade, International Business, or Logistics. 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics and multinational companies. Stakeholder and project management experience. Customer and People Oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills. Strong management and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment and to work independently. Leadership skills. Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office tools is a plus.
