Subgerente de Recepción Type of employment: Full-time Four Seasons Bogotá is seeking a passionate Subgerente de Recepción who values excellence and enthusiasm. This role involves shaping guest experiences through exceptional service and knowledge. Reports to the Front Office Manager and requires Colombian work authorization. Responsibilities: Supervise daily reception operations, including check-in and check-out processes. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude within the team environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure personalized service. Manage cash bank, foreign exchange, and transaction reports. Utilize computer systems to verify guest information, generate reports, and manage room assignments. Lead the reception team and bell staff. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the absence of the reservations department. Preferred qualifications and skills: Higher education with a focus on hospitality. Minimum two years of experience in a similar role. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Proficient in Opera and Windows. Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
