Foundever is looking for a SENIOR COACH. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Coach to lead, inspire, and develop our coaching team while ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with client requirements. This role combines operational excellence, leadership coaching, and strategic planning to drive performance, enhance teammate engagement, and build future leaders within the organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee overall service delivery ensuring processes align with client requirements. Ensure Agents and Coaches meet hiring, training, and performance expectations. Monitor and report on emerging issues, risks, and operational trends to clients. Prepare and deliver reports on an ad hoc basis as agreed with the client. Plan long-term strategies to improve results, including trend analysis and operational excellence initiatives. Provide direct coaching to leadership teams to ensure effective application of the coaching model. Support KPI achievement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage teammate attrition, morale, and create a pipeline of future leaders. Ensure full implementation and adherence to the company’s coaching model. Qualifications Education degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 1 year as a Coach in a senior role. Bilingual level B2 or above in English. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and large groups. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and supervisory abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication (verbal and written) and facilitation skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset. Expertise in creating action plans and developing agent skills. Knowledge & Abilities Solid understanding and practical application of coaching processes and tools. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Proven ability to analyze processes, think strategically, and improve customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
