The selected person will work directly with the team in charge of servicing the operations line, ensuring efficient and quality support. **Main Responsibilities**: Attend to requests and resolve operational issues related to the operations line. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and effective solutions. Use office tools, such as Excel and other platforms, to perform analysis, reporting and tracking of metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity and efficiency in operational processes. Prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Identify and solve problems proactively, while remaining calm under pressure. **Requirements**: Previous experience in customer service (minimum 1 year). Advanced knowledge of Excel and other office tools. Advanced level of English (written and spoken). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with different areas. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
