RecoDemand is looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, track outstanding balances, and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments. With over 300+ active clients on monthly payment plans, we need someone who can help us stay on top of collections and keep our cash flow healthy. With hundreds of active clients, our billing operations are critical to our growth and success. You’re the right person for the role if you have: 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable. Strong knowledge of payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel billing). Proven ability to follow up and collect overdue payments with professionalism. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Strong written communication skills—especially for client-facing messaging. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tracking. Bonus: Experience with SaaS billing systems, subscription payments, or working with sales/CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage accounts receivable Send invoices, payment reminders, and follow-ups via email, SMS, and/or CRM. Track and reconcile payments through Stripe and other platforms. Work closely with the Client Success and Sales teams to resolve billing issues. Maintain up-to-date billing records, notes, and follow-up statuses in our system. Escalate unresolved payment issues to leadership as needed.
